Increase of Authorised Capital
Increasing the authorised share capital of a company requires passing an ordinary resolution at a general meeting to alter the capital clause of the MOA. Form SH-7 must be filed with the MCA within 30 days along with the prescribed filing fee (based on the amount of increase). This is necessary before issuing new shares beyond the current authorised limit.
