Company Name Change
A company can change its name by passing a special resolution (75% majority) in a general meeting and filing Form INC-24 with the MCA. The new name must be unique, not identical or similar to existing names, and must comply with MCA naming guidelines. The ROC issues a new Certificate of Incorporation with the updated name.
