80G Registration
Section 80G registration enables donors to claim a tax deduction on donations made to the NGO. This significantly enhances the NGO’s fundraising capability as donors get a 50% or 100% deduction (depending on the category) on their taxable income. Application is filed in Form 10A with the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax.
